1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and account preferences. This information is used to identify you, communicate with you, and provide access to our services.
Content You Upload
Our platform allows you to upload images, videos, and other media for AI processing, AR registration, printing, and visualization. These files are stored on our servers and processed by our AI services to deliver the features you request. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content — you retain all rights to your artwork and images.
Camera Access
Our Canviz Lens AR feature requires access to your device camera to scan and recognize registered artwork. Camera feeds are processed locally on your device for image recognition purposes and are not recorded, stored, or transmitted to our servers as video. Only processed perceptual hash data (a mathematical fingerprint of the image) is used for matching against our database.
Payment Information
We use Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, to handle all payment transactions. We do not store or have access to your full credit card numbers or banking details. Stripe may collect and process your payment information according to their own privacy policy.
Automatically Collected Information
We may automatically collect certain information when you visit our platform, including your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring URLs, and usage patterns. This helps us improve our service and diagnose technical issues.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our AI-powered creative tools and services
- Process your orders for physical prints and products via Printify
- Manage your subscription, credits, and billing
- Enable AR artwork recognition through our Canviz Lens feature
- Send you important account-related communications (order confirmations, subscription updates, service changes)
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Comply with legal obligations
3. AI Processing & Third-Party Services
Our platform relies on third-party AI and infrastructure services to deliver core functionality. When you use our AI tools (art generation, image-to-3D conversion, image animation, image editing, etc.), your uploaded content may be transmitted to these services for processing:
- AI/ML Providers: We use services including Replicate and large language model APIs to generate, enhance, and transform images. Your uploaded content is sent to these services solely for the purpose of fulfilling your requested generation or transformation.
- Printify: When you order physical prints, your images and shipping details are shared with Printify to fulfill your order.
- Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which receives your payment details directly.
We select service providers that maintain industry-standard security practices. However, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information and uploaded content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may delete your uploaded content at any time through the platform. Upon account deletion, your personal information and uploaded content will be removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or legal compliance).
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With the third-party services described above, solely as necessary to provide our services to you
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
- Protection of Rights: To enforce our Terms of Service, protect our rights, or prevent fraud or illegal activity
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)

7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure server infrastructure, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you consent to such transfers. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also use analytics services to understand how our platform is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.
11. Changes to This Policy

Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
